Return and Refund Policy
At Mana Beauty & Skincare, every product is made and handled with care. Because our products are personal-use skincare items, we approach returns and refunds thoughtfully and responsibly.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
