Return and Refund Policy

At Mana Beauty & Skincare, every product is made and handled with care to offer only the best for your skin. Since our products are personal-use skincare items, we approach returns and refunds thoughtfully and responsibly, and we ask the same of our clients.

Returns

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, Mana Beauty and Skincare accepts returns and exchanges on opened or used products. 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds can be issued in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • You changed your mind about your purchase

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Please allow the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be issued in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • You made an accidental purchase (i.e. wrong item, payed by accident, cart error, wrong qty, etc.)
  • You changed your mind about your purchase

Non-Refundable Items

Mana Beauty and Skincare reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returns by mail are fixed at a flat rate of $7 CAD for items shipped within Canada.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped yet. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund and Exchanges sections in this policy for further information.
