Shipping Policy

At Mana Beauty & Skincare, we take care in preparing and shipping every order. Below you’ll find details on how and when your order will be delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time includes order preparation and packaging, not transit time.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup or local delivery.

We currently offer:

  • Local delivery (select areas only)

  • Local pickup (by region and appointment)

Available options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but may be affected by carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in select areas. Delivery timing will be confirmed after checkout. If your address qualifies, this option will appear at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available based on region and must be scheduled with us through email. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions on pickup and location details. Please wait for confirmation before arrival.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Mana Beauty & Skincare is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada. International shipping options may be added in the future.
